No legal action in deadly Easton motorcycle collision
A tragic motorcycle accident on Route 29 in Easton resulted in the death of 65-year-old Ricky B. Dufrain of Greenwich, according to New York State Police. The incident occurred at 5:49 p.m. on August 15, when Dufrain's motorcycle collided with a sedan turning in the opposite direction while exiting a parking lot. The road was closed for four hours to facilitate the investigation and reconstruction of the collision. The driver of the sedan has cooperated with authorities, who have not pressed charges against them as of August 18.
