NFL former player Kelvin Joseph arrested for fatal motorcycle crash that claimed life of 27-year-old woman
Former NFL player Kelvin Joseph was recently arrested following a fatal crash involving a female motorcyclist in Texas. The Richardson police stated that Joseph was driving a BMW sedan on North Central Expressway when he collided with the motorcycle. Police officials noted signs of intoxication when speaking with Joseph, who was subsequently arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Collision Involving Personal Injury or Death. The tragic incident resulted in the death of Cody Morris. Joseph, who has been playing for the DC Defenders in the United Football League, was selected in the second round by the Dallas Cowboys in 2021. He had previous off-the-field issues that included being a passenger in a car where shots were fired, resulting in a fatality. Despite not being the shooter, Joseph faced no NFL suspension for the incident. He later played for multiple NFL teams before ultimately concluding his career with the Indianapolis Colts.
