New information on Idaho crash that killed 7 near Yellowstone
Authorities in Island Park, Idaho are still collaborating with international officials to inform the families of the victims involved in a tragic crash between a pickup truck and a passenger van carrying tourists. The crash resulted in the death of seven individuals in southeast Idaho. The van, owned by Ctour Holiday LLC, a travel company based in California, was transporting 12 visitors from China and one from Italy on a trip to Yellowstone National Park. Due to the complexity of the situation involving international visitors, the identification process will require additional time. The deceased will be taken to the Ada County Coroner's Office for autopsy and formal identification as part of the investigation. The crash on U.S. Highway 20 near Henry's Lake in Fremont County was reported on Thursday evening, prompting an emergency response.
