NC man to graduate with master’s degree after paralysis from diving incident
Eddy Matinyit, originally from Kenya, is set to graduate with a master's degree after a diving accident left him paralyzed. Following the accident in Raleigh, NC, Eddy spent time in the hospital and then a rehabilitation facility in Warrenton. Despite the physical challenges and being far from his family, Eddy found support from friends and is now ready to graduate from the University of the Potomac in Washington D.C. His determination has been an inspiration to many, and he hopes his story encourages others facing difficult circumstances to keep moving forward.
