Multiple departments responding to plane crash at Beaver Lake
BENTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Multiple departments have responded to a plane crash at Beaver Lake. Highway 94 East Volunteer Fire Department is responding along with the Benton County Sheriff's Office. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) provided the following statement to KNWA/FOX24: "A Jodell D-11 crashed in Beaver Lake in Rogers, Arkansas, around 1:30 p.m. local time on Thursday, Feb. 26. Only the pilot was on board. The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will investigate. The NTSB will lead the investigation and provide any updates." The FAA said the information is preliminary and subject to change.
