Motorcyclist killed in Lenawee County collision

A fatal motorcycle accident occurred on Monday evening in Adrian, Michigan, resulting in the death of a 28-year-old resident of Lenawee County. The collision, which involved the motorcycle and a SUV, occurred at the intersection of US-223 and Sand Creek Highway around 6:42 p.m. The motorcyclist was transported to ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital in Adrian Township, where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the SUV, a 63-year-old Lenawee County resident, was unharmed. The Adrian Police Department's Crash Investigation Team is investigating the cause of the accident, with support from agencies like the Adrian Fire Department, Madison Township Fire and Police Departments, and the Lenawee County Sheriff's Office, along with the city's drone team.
