Motorcyclist hospitalized after crash near River Park in Fresno
FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle near River Park in Fresno Saturday evening, the Fresno Police Department announced. Police say just before 9 p.m., they responded to a reported collision involving a motorcycle near Blackstone and El Paso avenues. Responding officers found the motorcyclist and rendered aid before transporting him to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators say a vehicle was making an eastbound turn into the River Park parking lot just as the motorcyclist was headed northbound on Blackstone Avenue. Police say they are actively working to determine who was at fault in the collision.
