The 21-year-old rider from Spring Lake Park, Minnesota, was reported to be traveling at a very high speed. The crash occurred on the ramp from Third Street to Interstate 94 west, and the Minnesota State Patrol confirmed that the motorcyclist was found deceased as a result of the incident.
