Motorcycle crash near 147th and National leads to fatality in New Berlin
A tragic accident occurred in New Berlin on Saturday afternoon, June 21, resulting in the death of a motorcyclist. The incident took place around 1 p.m. near 147th and National when the motorcyclist collided with another vehicle. Police arrived at the scene promptly. The motorcyclist, who hailed from West Allis, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the other vehicle sustained no major injuries. Although the cause of the crash is still being investigated, authorities have ruled out alcohol or drug involvement. National Avenue will remain closed from Sunnyslope to Coffee until the investigation concludes.
