Motorcycle cop hospitalized following collision in NW OKC
Officials reported that a police officer riding a motorcycle was in a collision on Tuesday morning in the northwest part of Oklahoma City. The crash involved a car and the police motorcycle on the Northwest Expressway near Portland Avenue. The eastbound lanes of the Northwest Expressway at Meridian Avenue were closed due to the incident. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident. The officer was transported to a nearby hospital with injuries described as not life-threatening.
