Mother missing in UPS plane crash

A young mom is missing following the UPS cargo plane crash in Louisville, Kentucky, as reported by her employer. Megan Washburn, aged 35 and a mother of two, worked at Grade A Auto Parts and Scrap Metal Recycling as a scrap metal buyer and customer experience agent. She was on duty during the crash day and has not been in touch since, as per company owner Sean Garber's statement to NBC News. Garber also mentioned that another employee, John Loucks, aged 52, who works as a heavy equipment operator, is unaccounted for. Families of the missing workers have provided DNA samples for identification purposes. The crash took place when the plane's left engine caught fire during takeoff, eventually crashing into buildings near Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. This incident resulted in significant damage to surrounding structures, including four out of 18 buildings of Garber's company. Approximately 20 individuals were present in these buildings during the crash. Authorities have confirmed 13 fatalities, which include three crew members, with nine individuals still missing. UPS has released the names of the crew members who lost their lives and there is a belief that a young child is among the deceased. Despite this, names of other victims have not been disclosed. Spokespeople for the National Transportation Safety Board and various local agencies have refrained from revealing further details regarding the victims. Sean Garber noted that in the wake of this tragedy, he gathered his company's employees and their families for support and guidance. He expressed a sense of responsibility towards them as both their employer and a fellow human being.
