Morning traffic delayed due to fatal accident on Dan Ryan Expressway
On Friday morning, there was a tragic incident on the inbound Dan Ryan Expressway, resulting in a closure of all local lanes. At around 5:48 a.m., a collision occurred between two vehicles in the northbound lanes of Interstate 94 near Marquette Road, as reported by Illinois State Police. Tragically, one individual from one of the cars was thrown from the vehicle and passed away at the scene.
