Mobile woman charged in fatal car crash, bond set: court documents
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile woman accused of fatally hitting a Theodore woman with her car has been arrested, News 5 has learned. According to arrest documents, Jennifer Leann Howell, 40, was arrested on Sunday, March 29, and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death. Howell's bond has been set at $15,000 with an arraignment hearing set for Tuesday, March 31. Amanda C. Godwin, 34, was fatally struck by a car on Saturday, March 21, at 1:46 a.m. on Theodore Dawes Road near Gunn Road.
