Man sentenced to 4 years for fatal crash

A man has been sentenced in connection with a fatal crash that occurred last year in Evansville, Indiana. According to documents acquired by Eyewitness News, Romance Williams was charged with multiple offenses related to the incident, including operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless homicide, and driving at an unreasonable speed that resulted in the death of Denzel McElroy at the intersection of Fourth and Franklin Street. Williams has been sentenced to four years in prison and two years of probation. Additionally, he was charged with possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear.
