A 61-year-old man from Grimes County, Texas has been given a prison sentence in connection with a burglary and a fatal crash. Raul Armando Bonilla pleaded guilty to Intoxication Manslaughter and Burglary of a Habitation, both being second-degree felonies with a possible incarceration period of two to 20 years. The crimes came to light when a victim reported a burglary at her home, leading law enforcement to discover a major vehicle accident involving a white Honda Accord. Investigations connected Bonilla to both incidents, as he admitted to the offenses, including driving under the influence of alcohol and cocaine.
