
Man pleads guilty to manslaughter after deadly crash in 2024
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- A man has plead guilty to second degree manslaughter after a deadly motorcycle crash in 2024. A release obtained by Eyewitness News says Alvaro Aguilar pled guilty to multiple charges after police say he was driving while intoxicated, resulting in the death of a motorcyclist on July 24, 2024, on the southbound 41 bridge. The release goes onto say Aguilar will be sentenced to 10 years in prison. He will also be ordered to comply with an immigration detainer after serving his sentence.
