Update:In an email to WYFF News 4, the Spartanburg Police Department confirmed it is investigating the crash. Police say it happened around 1:45 a.m. Sunday. Officers said they arrived along with the Spartanburg City Fire Department and discovered a vehicle with heavy damage against a tree. They said three people were in the vehicle. Police say the driver and a passenger survived, but did not share an update on their conditions.
