Man killed in Hoagland rollover crash identified
The man who passed away in a solo car crash near Hoagland on June 19 has been identified as 35-year-old Timothy Wayne Lepper, according to the Allen County Coroner's Office. Lepper succumbed to severe injuries in the accident, with the incident being classified as accidental. Authorities reported that law enforcement officers discovered a pickup truck that had overturned at the intersection of Hoagland and Grotrian roads. Further investigations revealed that Lepper was ejected from the vehicle during the collision. This marks the 24th traffic-related fatality in Allen County for the year 2025.
