Man injured in Arlington Heights as Metra UPNW train collides with car; delays likely
A man was hospitalized after his vehicle was struck by a Metra Union Pacific Northwest train on Saturday in Arlington Heights. The incident occurred at 6:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Street crossing near the Arlington Heights station. The man, whose age was not disclosed, was inside the car at the time of the collision and was transported to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in an unspecified condition.
