Man indicted in connection to crash that killed 8-year-old in Loudon

A Manchester man has been indicted on negligent homicide and other charges in connection with a crash that killed an 8-year-old girl. The crash happened in July 2024 on Route 106 in Loudon, where Philip Sparacio, 36, allegedly crossed the double yellow line and hit a Toyota SUV head-on. New Hampshire State Police said two people in the Toyota were sent to the hospital with serious injuries. Authorities also said three people were sent to the hospital, including two children who had life-threatening injuries. >> Download the free WMUR app to get updates on the go: Apple | Google Play <<State police said an 8-year-old child was later pronounced dead at the hospital.Sparacio was indicted on 16 charges, including negligent homicide, negligent homicide - DUI and aggravated driving while intoxicated.He is scheduled to be arraigned next month in Merrimack Superior Court.
