Man in Greensboro Faces DWI Charge for Deadly Crash on Cone Boulevard
A man from Greensboro, Nicholas Robert Lehman, has been charged after causing a fatal head-on collision early Saturday morning in Greensboro. The incident occurred at the intersection of West Cone Boulevard and Marston Road, where Lehman was driving his Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on the wrong side of the road and collided with an SUV, resulting in the death of the SUV driver. Lehman sustained minor injuries and is believed to have been impaired at the time of the crash. He faces multiple charges, including driving while impaired and felony death by motor vehicle. The crash led to the closure of Cone Blvd. for several hours, but lanes were reopened later in the morning.
