
Man in critical condition after 5 car accident, causes all lanes on I-71 South at I-90 to close
Six people were injured after a five-car accident Saturday evening on I-71 South at I-90, according to the Cleveland Fire Department. A 26-year-old man is in critical condition, and a 40-year-old man is in serious condition. Both were taken to Metro Hospital.A 25-year-old man, a 24-year-old woman, a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old boy were taken to the hospital as well but had minor injuries.News 5 was on the scene and saw two people who were unconscious in one of the vehicles. Lots of debris were scattered across the roadway as cars tried to make their way through the accident's aftermath.Traffic was at a standstill at the time of the accident.Cleveland EMS and Cleveland Fire were on the scene. News 5 is working to learn more.
