Man from Illinois killed in car accident in Camden County
In Camden County, Missouri, a man from Illinois tragically passed away after a car accident on Saturday, July 12. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 54-year-old man from Bartonville, Illinois lost his life in a single-vehicle crash that took place at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Route F, near Route TT. According to the MSHP, the incident occurred when the man, driving a 2022 Subaru Ascent southbound, failed to navigate a curve and veered off the road. His vehicle collided with a tree and rolled over, leading to his death at the scene. The family of the deceased has been informed. This incident marks the first fatality for July and the 20th fatality for MSHP Troop F in 2025.
