Man fatally injured in welding incident
The Lehigh County Coroner reported that an 83-year-old man from Adams County, Ronald L. Milhimes, tragically passed away after a welding incident in his garage on April 3. Mr. Milhimes sustained severe burn injuries from a flash fire while using a welding torch. Despite being rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, April 8. The Coroner determined that the cause of death was complications from extensive burn injuries on his lower extremities, covering 25-30% of his skin.
