Man faces charges for leaving the scene after causing an accident that left his friend critically injured

Fort Worth police confirmed that Hall turned himself in several hours later. The family is preparing to donate Lester's organs this Tuesday, a choice they feel aligns with his wishes. Lester is being sustained on life support, and upon its removal, there may be further legal implications for Hall, who is currently charged with a collision involving serious bodily harm.
