Man faces charges after ATV accident in Milwaukee without a license

A man from Milwaukee is facing charges after a collision on the city's north side resulted in the death of one person and serious injury to another on August 30th. Jaden Brown-Smith, 23, is set to appear in court on September 3rd and has been charged with two felony counts related to the incident. The crash occurred shortly after midnight, with emergency services responding to the scene near 28th and Concordia to assist the victims, identified as Victor Ramos and Brittney Harshman. While Ramos passed away at the hospital, Harshman's family informed FOX6 News that she was on life support as of the latest report. According to a criminal complaint, investigators found a damaged black Chevrolet and a red ATV involved in the collision, with evidence of contact between the vehicles. It was revealed that Brown-Smith, whose license was not valid, was driving the Chevrolet and had previous citations for driving without a license. The incident took place in an area where ATVs are not allowed on the streets.
