Man dies following crash in High Point
High Point Police say one man has died following a crash Wednesday.According to the police department, officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Westchester Drive and Wickliff Avenue around 2:00 PM.Officers say 79-year-old Fredrick Lutz was turning left onto Wickliff Avenue from Westchester Drive, and drove into another vehicle.Lutz was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Officers say two people who were in the other vehicle have serious injuries but are expected to survive. Police say no charges will be filed in this case.
