Man dead after crash in Southeast DC, police investigating
WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- Police said that a man died after a crash in Southeast D.C. on Tuesday. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers responded to Suitland Road and Southern Avenue Southeast for a reported accident just after 6 p.m. MPD said that there, officers found an accident between two vehicles. Responders took one victim to the hospital with unknown injuries. A second victim, a man, died at the scene of the crash.
