Man charged in deadly DUI crash by Florida Highway Patrol
A person has been arrested and is facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI) in connection with a tragic accident that occurred on Sunday evening, as reported by the Florida Highway Patrol. The incident involved a two-vehicle rear-end collision on northbound I-75 at mile marker 121 in Lee County. Tragically, one of the passengers in the rear-ended vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect, identified as Darell Andrew Fisher, 38, has been charged with DUI Manslaughter and two counts of DUI Serious Bodily Injury. The authorities are continuing to investigate the crash.
