Man arrested in connection to fatal rollover crash near Louisville airport
Police have arrested a man in connection to a rollover crash near Louisville's airport that left another man dead.Watch previous coverage in the player above.Michael Joseph, 39, was arrested Monday and charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid with death, reckless driving, no operators/moped license, improper passing, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.On June 2 around 4:30 p.m., two vehicles crashed in the 5000 block of Crittenden Drive. One of those vehicles hit a pole, rolled over and downed some wires. John "Chris" Goodaker, 54, died in the crash. He was a graduate of St. X. According to the arrest citation, Joseph was involved in the crash and left the scene without helping Goodaker. Police identified Joseph's vehicle and when they contacted Joseph, he claimed the car had not been moved for 30 days due to mechanical issues. Joseph later admitted to police that he was involved in the crash. The arrest citation states that Joseph was improperly passing at a high speed during the crash and he had no valid driver's license or proof of insurance.
