Man apprehended in Manchester following deadly motorcycle collision
A man from Manchester was arrested in Windsor after a fatal motorcycle crash that took place in 2024, according to state police authorities. The crash occurred in August of that year on I-91 South, leading to the death of a young woman named Valerie Eaton. The driver, Randy Carrero, was involved in the crash and was found responsible for the incident. Carrero surrendered himself on Wednesday, and following his arrest, he appeared in Hartford Superior Court. He was held on a bond of $500,000.
