Man accused of driving under influence, causing fatal collision in Wadsworth, Illinois
A tragic collision occurred near the Illinois-Wisconsin border in Wadsworth, leading to the death of a woman and severe injuries to a 4-year-old child. The incident took place on West Russell Road involving three vehicles, resulting in multiple injuries to occupants. The passenger who sadly passed away in the hospital has been identified as Bogdana Mygal, 33, from Des Plaines. The driver responsible for the crash, Andrew Willard, 58, was found to be intoxicated at twice the legal limit and has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence causing death. Further charges may be added, as per the Lake County Sheriff's office.
