Man accused of causing fatal Dauphin County crash arrested by U.S. Marshals
In Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, a man who was sought by police for his alleged involvement in a fatal crash earlier this year has been captured by U.S. Marshals. The individual, 21-year-old Carlos Cruz of Steelton, was wanted on charges including homicide by vehicle and traffic violations. According to court records, Cruz fled the scene of a deadly accident he reportedly caused by running a stop sign while speeding. The crash involved a 1993 Ford F-150 driven by Matthew Randolph, who tragically lost his life. Cruz, who lacked a valid driver's license, is currently held in Dauphin County Prison on $1.5 million bail pending a preliminary hearing on September 16.
