Major incident closes all lanes on I-85.
The Oconee County coroner was called to the scene of an accident on Interstate 85 South on Tuesday morning. The incident, reported at around 6 a.m. near the Georgia-South Carolina State line close to exit 2, has resulted in the closure of all southbound lanes in the area as of 10 a.m. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the crash involved four vehicles and a tractor trailer. Additional information has not yet been provided.
