Louisiana teen held for deadly collision with bicyclist

In Monroe, Louisiana, an 18-year-old driver named Andrew H. Grant was arrested for his role in a collision that tragically took the life of a cyclist. Grant was accused of causing the crash by running a stop sign at the Riverside Drive and Rochelle Avenue intersection. The incident took place on March 26 and resulted in the cyclist's death. Grant was found to have 72.2 mL of THC in his blood at the time of the crash. He was arrested after an arrest warrant was issued and taken to an Ouachita Parish jail, where he faces charges of negligent homicide. Grant has since been released on a $10,000 bond.
