Lompoc doctor back to work after surviving deadly Hwy 1 crash

Dr. Hafez Nasr has returned to work at the Lompoc Valley Medical Center (LVMC) after surviving a devastating accident four months ago. The collision, which tragically took the lives of three teenagers and left Dr. Nasr and his wife with severe injuries, required both of them to undergo multiple surgeries. Despite the challenges they faced, the couple is now using canes for mobility. Dr. Nasr, who is working part-time while still recovering through physical therapy, was warmly welcomed back to his North H Center primary care office by his colleagues earlier this week. Officials at LVMC express their gratitude for his recovery and his comeback to the health center.
