SAN ANTONIO - A deadly accident has shut down a portion of a North Side highway early Tuesday morning. The deadly accident happened around 4 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 at West Hildebrand Avenue. Police said a man ran into the main lanes of traffic and was hit by a truck and a VIA bus. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
