LIVE: Crash on I-85 southbound has all lanes blocked in Greenville County
Update: From Greenville police: "Officers are currently on scene working a collison that has caused significant damage to the roadway on Interstate 85 southbound between Laurens Road and Mauldin Road. All southbound lanes are currently shut down while crews work to assess and repair the damage. Please avoid the area and use an alternate route if possible. Expect delays as traffic is being redirected. We will provide updates as soon as the roadway reopens. Thank you for your patience. "Original story: A crash on Interstate 85 southbound in Greenville County has all lanes blocked as of 9:20 a.m., according to the SCDOT. (Watch live above) The crash is near exit 46, which is the Augusta Road and Mauldin Road exit. The coroner's office has not been called to the scene.
