Lawsuit accuses Jeep tour driver of being intoxicated in Colorado crash that killed women's families
The families of two women from Arizona who tragically lost their lives in a Jeep accident in Colorado are pursuing legal action against the tour company and the driver's estate. The lawsuit alleges that the driver, 72-year-old Don Fehd, who was a last-minute replacement, likely consumed alcohol prior to the accident. The crash resulted in the deaths of Fehd and his two passengers, Diana Robles, 28, and Ofelia Perez, 60. The incident occurred as they were returning from Yankee Boy Basin in Colorado. The lawsuit points to evidence of alcohol in Fehd's system and claims that the tour company was aware of his alleged drinking issues. The legal process is ongoing in federal court.
