Juvenile Driver to be Charged in Fatal Woonsocket Bicycle Crash

An inquiry is being conducted following a collision in Bellingham that resulted in the death of a 60-year-old cyclist on Monday, as reported by the police. Responding to the incident at 120 South Main Street at around 12:45 p.m., authorities discovered the severely injured Woonsocket resident. Bellingham Fire personnel administered medical assistance at the scene before transferring him to Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, where he was later declared deceased. The driver involved in the incident, a juvenile from Sutton, stayed on-site, received evaluation, and was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. The driver is facing charges including motor vehicle homicide, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a violation of marked lanes.
