Julian Fleming, a former wide receiver for Ohio State and Penn State, is facing multiple serious charges related to a fatal ATV accident that occurred in northern Pennsylvania in May, resulting in the death of his girlfriend. These charges include offenses such as DUI-related homicide and aggravated assault while driving under the influence. Fleming recently appeared in court in Bradford County, where his bail was set at $75,000, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for later this month. The accident occurred when the ATV Fleming was driving collided with a deer, leading to the tragic death of his girlfriend, Alyssa Boyd. It is noted that neither Boyd nor Fleming was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Fleming's blood-alcohol level was found to be above the legal limit in Pennsylvania, adding to the severity of the situation. Fleming, a highly regarded football player from Southern Columbia High School, had a successful career in college football before facing setbacks in his transition to the NFL.
