Jackson police searching for suspect in deadly hit-and-run on I-220
Jackson police are currently investigating a hit-and-run incident that took place on Interstate 220 near U.S. 80, resulting in serious injuries to Leon Buggs. The incident occurred between 4:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on August 24, 2025. The police are seeking information to identify the individual responsible for this incident.
