Iowa woman faces charges in deadly Story County wrong-way collision.

In Story County, Iowa, a woman has been charged in connection with a deadly wrong-way crash on Highway 30 that occurred in May. The incident, which took place late at night on May 28, involved a head-on collision between a Jeep Renegade and a Chevrolet Impala at the intersection of Highway 30 and Sand Hill Trail. The driver of the Jeep, Ashley Taylor, was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes, resulting in a fatal crash with the Impala driven by Christian Royston, who tragically lost his life at the scene. Taylor sustained serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for medical care. The Story County Sheriff's Office has filed multiple charges against Taylor for the incident, and she has been arrested and taken to the Story County Jail on a bond exceeding $250,000.
