Investigation underway into deadly crash in Floyd County, Kentucky
Kentucky State Police are currently investigating a collision in Teaberry that tragically led to the death of a motorcyclist on Thursday afternoon. The incident, which occurred at around 3:18 p.m. on Kentucky Route 979, involved Kyle Hall who crashed his motorcycle into a concrete culvert. Despite efforts to save him, Hall was pronounced dead at the scene by the Floyd County Coroner's Office. A passenger in the crash sustained minor injuries and was treated at a nearby medical facility. The Kentucky State Police, along with the Mud Creek Volunteer Fire Department and Lifeguard Ambulance Service, responded to the scene to assist. The ongoing investigation seeks to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
