Investigation underway after Carmichael crash leaves one dead and three injured
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District was called to a single fatal accident in Sacramento County over the weekend. The incident took place on Saturday night at the intersection of Dewey Drive and Winding Way in Carmichael. Four individuals were part of the accident, with three requiring hospitalization. Tragically, one person succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. The California Highway Patrol is leading the investigation to determine the cause of the crash.
