Investigation into fatal UTV incident at Hatfield McCoy trail
A tragedy occurred in Mingo County, WV, as a teenager lost their life in a UTV accident on Sunday night. According to Captain Dwayne Duffield of the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, the UTV veered off the Devil Anse trail near Williamson after taking a sharp turn, resulting in it tumbling down an embankment and into a ravine. Tragically, the teenager had already passed away by the time first responders reached the scene. The Division of Natural Resources is currently looking into the incident.
