Investigation into fatal crash in Seventh District by New Orleans Police
The New Orleans Police Department is currently looking into a tragic accident that took place in the Seventh District on October 23. The incident, which occurred around 10:23 a.m. at the intersection of Morrison Road and Read Boulevard, involved a collision between a white BMW SUV and a black Chevrolet Camaro. Regrettably, the driver of the BMW did not survive the crash while the driver of the Chevrolet was taken to a nearby hospital by EMS. Authorities are continuing to investigate the matter and urge anyone who may have more information to reach out to the NOPD Traffic Fatality Unit detectives at 504-658-6205.
