Investigation into fatal boating accident at Little Muskego Lake, 10-year-old victim
Tragically, a 10-year-old child passed away following a boating accident on Little Muskego Lake on Saturday, June 7, 2025. The incident occurred at Idle Isle Park, where emergency responders were called to the scene after a boat operated by a 74-year-old man collided with a stationary boat carrying three individuals, including the child. Despite immediate medical attention and transport to a nearby hospital, the child succumbed to their injuries. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is leading the investigation, and anyone with information is urged to reach out to the authorities.
