Investigation into deadly Northumberland collision.
A fatal crash in Northumberland, NY is under investigation by the New York State Police. The incident took place on West River Road, resulting in the death of James Z. Morgan, 29, from Hudson Falls. The collision occurred early Wednesday morning when Morgan, driving a 2017 Ford Fusion at high speed, rear-ended a 2000 Jeep Cherokee before crashing into a tree. The occupants of the Jeep were unharmed, and authorities are continuing to look into the matter.
