Late Tuesday night in Frederick County, Maryland, a pickup truck crash led to multiple hospitalizations, as reported by the Frederick County Fire and Rescue. The accident occurred on Shafers Mill Drive in Urbana around 11:19 p.m., involving a 1995 Ford F-150 carrying nine individuals, with two flown to the hospital and four taken by medics to a trauma center. Investigation into the incident, which involved people ejected from the vehicle, is ongoing, with a blood test for the driver pending to determine potential alcohol involvement. As of early Wednesday morning, part of Carriage Hill Drive remained closed for investigation. Drivers are advised to find alternate routes until the road reopens.
